Treatment doubt

I am a DMD patient, 24 years old. I have been taking Wysolone 10 mg steroid for 4 years, and because of that I now have severe osteoporosis. I am not able to stop steroids. So, I am taking Osteri injection (teriparatide). For this steroid-induced osteoporosis, what are the possible treatments for my bone condition? Is Osteri the only solution, or is there anything else that can be done?

You may have to continue with with the same medicines. Yoga based exercises may help you. You should particularly practice 'BASTRICA' - a breathing exercise.  Visit Sadguru's  YouTube channel. It may solve your problem.
