I want to travel with my 4 month son to Dubai for a 5 day trip in dec, is it safe to do so..,and what precautions should i take care of.

Yes it’s safe .. you need to take care of his ear pain during take off and landing ..try to feed him during take off and landing that eases his ear pain.
