Travel during Pregnancy Female, 28 Hey helllo I have convinced b4 4 days so it's safe to travel Himachal with tempo traveller ya train ??? And can i do 7 to 8km trekking or not please suggest me in hilly area???

If you are asking if you want to travel in early pregnancy..that too to HP ...the answer s no. U ll hv lots of vomiting and jerks are to be avoided. Definitely no trekking.. Unless u r a professional trekker..
