Dr I had travelled on bumpy road on bus for 3 hours after 2 and half months of cesarean delivery will it cause any problems like hernia in future

No.. it vil not cause any issues.. u can start doing abdominal muscle strengthening exercises after finishing 3months to reduce risk of hernia
