My son age 2.5 years is having vomitings even after a night rest in bed. We travelled for almost 12 - 14 hours in the car. His vomitings started while ascending the hilly regions... he vomited thrice. Then we had a rest of about 2- 3 hours and then started back. He thankfully slept while return and did not do any vomitings. He then continued to sleep in bed for 7 -8 hours. But he has vomited twice since he got up and throwing water almost immediately after having it. He is playful otherwise. Please suggest.
