Hi. If you don't have any other high risk factor, you may travel. 3-4 hours is not a problem if roads are good. Keep a few things in mind.
- carry your medications. You must continue them
- keep medicines for vomiting handy.
Pregnant women are more prone to motion sickness
- take a break every 1-1½ hour to take a walk
- stay hydrated
If you have high risk factors like pregnancy after treatment, high blood pressure,
diabetes, it's best to avoid travel. Otherwise short journey isn't a problem
