I have undergone c section on 4th of February. When can I travel long distance? Around 500kms. What precautions should I take?

Hi, can travel by train 2 weeks after C- section.Nothing extra care for you, drink lot of water. Caring of the baby is more imprortant, needs hygienic environment. Can aslo travel by air.
