You didn't mention whether it is your first pregnancy or you have babies earlier. If you have babies earlier whether any of them was a Caesarean?   Is it diagnosis from Ultrasound or Clinical diagnosis by an Obstetrician? Either way, please discuss the case with your doctor.
Next Steps
Please consult an Obstetrician on Practo or in person and sort out all the problems as mentioned by me.
