From past two days i am suffering from throat pain because of internal transils In night times it's becoming severe even though the weather is hot

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Here is what you can do at home. 1. Warm salt water gargles. 2. Drink warm water and have warm foods. 3. Avoid oily and spicy foods.
