Transfer of 3 embryos done of day3

Hi. I had 3 embryos transfered of day 3 after having hysetroscopy done and came to know abt adhesions in uterus and fundus ; adhesions were removed at that time. And then had transfer done with 3 embryos of day 3 . Will i have positive pregnancy?
