Tramadol vs Toradol

With endometriosis, I was on birth control that stopped my menstrual cycle all together. After several years I had to stop as I was compromising my fertility. I am starting to have UNBEARABLE cycles. I have tramadol AND toradol, I just need to know which one is going to help me better. I took 800mg of ibuprofen about 3 hours ago and it hasn't helped. Its also important to know that I may be heavily drinking for a birthday party tonight. What is my safest yet most effective route?

Since you are not responding to 800 mg ibuprofen next line is  injectable analgesics with most effective being injection tramadol.but it causes Little nausea and vomiting which also need to be handled.endometriosis itself has detrimental effect on fertility.so for future you need to plan your pregnancy soon.Birth control pills keep endometriosis suppressed they do not compromise fertility.they cause cessation of mensuration which returns to normal once you stop them

Most effective route means for pain relief. You have taken ibuprofen no relief so take pain killer injection for immediate action. After taking injection donot do drink. So it is upto you what do you want.
