Tounge feels wired

Dear doctor ,i'm facing neck pain from many months now an mostly left side neck pain ,but now from few days i'm feeling wired in my left side tonge..what is the reason ?, i even brushed my tounge an cleaned but some times i feel wired sensation..! i'm taking diane 35 tablets for my irregular period ..Thank you
