Cani take Alegra M for 3mnths after breakfast to reduce the Allergy count??? Mainly my sustem reacts to perfumes/ incense stick and thing related to it... I have tried Montair FX also.... on and emergency basis when my nose gets blocked and breathing becomes little difficult i take a Derphylin M as suggested by a doctor... How do i reduce my Total Ige count kindly advise???
