LDL level is ok but if u r diabetic u need to reduce it below 100 so either u hv to change lifestyle as diet and exercise or can start on treatment depending on your own motivation and preparedness for change in diet and exercise ,if non diabetic just do 30 min /day btisk walk and avoid fatty foods as well as high calory diet ,for current heart condition do ECG
