I get tore speaker sound in my left.ear.when I hear  loud noise or speak loudly Is this cure able. This make me uncomfortable and some.time lead.aniexty

There may be damage to your ear drum and you should consult an ottoRhinolaryngologist (ENT). To reduce the trouble for now I would advise you to take tablet name Bullet one tablet 2 times a day daily and tablet bilovas 1 Tab daily. Also avoid any kind of eye plugs and put cotton buds in your ear do not use cotton buds. You can also have impacted that's in your ear which may be causing new difficulty in hearing.
