My wife is 7 Week 5 days pregnant. We have gone for TORCH panel igG and igM. Her Rubella igG is 321 and Cytomegalovirus igG is 140, both the igM readings are negative. Is there any problem with this?

Only igG positive, suggest chronic infection. Repeat the test after 4 weeks and see weather rising or falling titre. Then only start or avoid treatment

Did she have any fever in the last two months? If not This is an excellent report suggesting that she has immunity against these infections and she'll protect the baby from them.
Next Steps
If she had fever consult a doctor who'll suggest repeat test after four weeks. in the absence of the same be happy.
