My left eyelid has been swollen red and puffy for about a week now, there is no pain, no itchyness, no burning, no crusty or nothing.

You may take antibiotic orally Tab L-cin 750 mg once daily x 5 days + 4uin eye drops 4-5 times  4-5 times+ Neosporin H eye ointment locally on lid 2-3 times.
