Toothpaste for cavity protection - I have had a couple of cavities previously(all taken care by the doctor now) and still have fixed retainers. Brushing technique is important but is there any specific doctor recommended toothpaste that is is good for people with retainers and cavity prone issues ? TIA!

Hello, Brushing technique is very important to keep the teeth healthy. Brushing at night just before sleep is important and as you said your teeth are cavity prones then do visit a dentist in every 6months. With retainers ,you should clean your teeth after every meal.

Toothpaste with 1000 ppm fluoride. Brushing technique matters, rinse mouth after each meal. Brush at night before sleeping without fail. Floss the contact areas between the teeth.
