Hello sir , Gum pain is due to gingivitis gum inflammation which may further lead to periodontitis, gingival abscess, or due to dental caries which has formed a sinus tract , also due to ulcer. Please consult a dentist if it is due to gingivitis scaling is required , Or treatment according to the cause has to be done. If ulcer Dolo gel has to be applied 4 times a day ,and vitamin B Tablets has to be taken.
