Is there a home remedy without painkillers for wisdom tooth pain .it's sharp and hurting my cheeks and also there is cavity on one tooth.please let me know

Warm water and add salt in it and rinse 2-3 times
Next Steps
visit a dentist and get one x-ray done....ask the dentist what will be the permanent solution by checking the x-ray. u r having a cavity in that region so may be pain is adding up due to cavity.
