This is my uncle xray his dentist told him 2 tooth extraction upper dur to infection but his 2nd molar are totally fine in look and dentist told extraction and implant of both ist and 2nd molar plzz explain me in details.

If teeth are having a grade 3 it will go for extraction If they are grade 1 and grade 2 they will undergo two types of therapy periodontal therapy and endodontic therapy followed by a full coverage restoration.

1st and 2nd molar need extraction and maybe 3rd molar should also be removed. A better quality x ray would have been helpful for better opinion.

Firstly x ray quality is not good. Its blurred. Only root piece are remaining with 1st molar... So extraction. 2nd molar is highly infected so needs extraction. 3rd molar is extruded so may need treatment. Do implants if 3D scan suggest good bone support and if the patient is not much medically Compromised or aged. Otherwise valplast denture would be a good option. Visit dentist for clinical evaluation.
