Sensitivity is due to pulp involvement. Rct has to be done if necessary. Bleeding in lower teeth may be due to gingivitis. You can consult through this for further details.

See you need to have a dental visit so can checked up clinically more efficiently for any cavities that are not visible with naked eyes and can only visible through xray and by the dentist oral examination. And you do need to get dental cleaning done as well for the gum bleeding to stop as it occurs due to plaque deposition by which the gum irritates and bleeding from gums happens. hi if you have bleeding gums means you have to do scaling with a dentist.. looks like you receeding gums.. plz consult your dentist.. if necessary they will take xrays..
