Sir, in your symptoms sensitivity of cold since last one week. Causes of cold sensitivity: 1.root exposed due to plaque deposit and  sometimes tooth mobility: Treatment: scaling and root planning if required then sensitivity paste and if bleeding gums then medications atleast for 7 days 2. Caries: Treatment: filling only no medications required 3. Traumatic or fractured crown: Treatment: restored with filling or Capping sometimes rct indicated. Sensodine or any sensitivity paste will be for symptomatic relief but not for cure.
