Doctor suggested to remove the tooth but my sister don't want and because of this I fear infection will spread to other tooth too So I just want to know the ways to protect the teeth without removing Thanks in advance...

With extraction infection does not spread And if cavity is very wide involving furcation area then extraction is only option If tooth is healthy enough then rct can be done

Hi,,if there is severe infection in the tooth that cannot be treated by a root canal filling,,then it is better to get it removed as it shall spread to other teeth as well.No other option is there.
