If it's a decay with pain , then it might go for root canal treatment, (RCT) because  the decay is affecting  the nerves now. Go to a dentist nearby or if you know a dentist, visit him/her. Get an X-ray done.
Next Steps
visit a dentist, start medication as adviced.
Health Tips
to curb off pain,  start over the counter painkillers.

first tell something more about nature of your pain. if it is continuous and your teeth is sensitive to both hot and cold food then most probably the decay has reached till pulp and you have to go for RCT that is root canal treatment.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist and get an xray done
Health Tips
avoid eating from that side as the food lodgment will increase the pain
