Re rct is an option but after seeing x ray only. Xn and immediate implant placement is other reliable option which i prefer inspite of treating same tooth again and again with lesser chances of success everytime

Hi, After RCT, tooth should not pain. If tooth is still aching it means RCT is not complete yet or there is some infection left in the tooth canal which has to be removed. Consult your respective dentist about the pain and Re-RCT Also you can share your x-rays with us so that we can access the situation of tooth and infection. Meanwhile you can take analgesics for pain and do warm saline rinses which will help in reducing pain.
