Visit a dentist as soon as possible he/she will take an xray and decide the right treatment plan for you either filling or root canal treatment. Also, medicines will be prescribed for the same don't try self medication it will not relieve you from the problem it will worsen the condition

Going by the picture that you posted, there is a cavity in your lower molar which definitely needs to be treated soon, so that extraction can be avoided.... you need to visit a dentist who will take 1 x-ray and give you the best treatment plan, whether RCT is required or not.... Medications can also provide some temporary relief but a definite treatment will be required for permanent relief from your symptoms..... also self medication should be avoided and you should take the medications prescribed by a doctor only.... Hello you have a cavity in a molar teeth which as per the picture looks to be quite deep kindly visit a dentist who will take an xray and according to the depth of the cavity do the treatment for you ..u can take painkiller for relief but that is not the solution it has to be treated as soon as possible for a permanent solution..take care but get it treated as this tooth is a very important tooth for the oral cavity..
