Pain or inability to eat anything after getting Re-RCT could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Mostly RCT done twice should not give trouble until it was done properly. (Please attach a radiograph) to suggest the cause of pain in the RCT-treated tooth.
2. Improper cap preparation causing improper bite leading to pain on biting.
3. Poor oral hygiene.
4. Gum reinfection.
