Hi At 11yrs of age there are milk teeth that will shed and will be replaced by permanent teeth till the age of 13-14yrs. Kindly wait for 2 years as one tooth overlapping may adjust itself as there is space adjustment during shedding and eruption of teeth.

Shedding and eruption times are different for different teeth. Permanent teeth eruptions starts around 6 years and last around 12 years of age.they shed their corresponding teeth.which milk tooth is retained at 11 years of age matters. So get your child dental clinical checkup as soon as possible. No harm in this.Everyone should go for routine dental check up every 6 months.
