Hi At 11yrs of age there are milk teeth that will shed and will be replaced by permanent teeth till the age of 13-14yrs. Kindly wait for 2 years as one tooth overlapping may adjust itself as there is space adjustment during shedding and eruption of teeth.

You can consult a paediatric dentist regarding opinion on requirement of any appliance to prevent possible development of malocclusion or malalignment of permanent tooth.
