Get the cavity cleaned and filled before it reaches the nerve. If the cavity touches or is even reaches close to the nerve you will have to go for an Root canal treatment, which is comparatively painful, time consuming and expensive.
Next Steps
See an dentist and get it filled.

Need to be checked how deep is the decay. If it is not reaching the nerves filling can be done but if it reaching the nerves then root canal treatment is the option. Donot have fear about painful treatment as dentistry is more advanced today with painless procedures.
Health Tips
do not delay the treatment
