Tooth decay in upper molar with polyp.

I had a tooth decay since10 years.few years ago it had developed a polyp.i consulted a doctor few days ago.he has done my rct but i am still having small pain.docotr is saying that i have to wait for sometime to get my crowning done.he is telling that infection is deep so it will take time.m not able to understand why its still paining after rct.

Hello Due to long term decay the infection has touched bone according to me. This has inflammation the inner part of socket and that is why the pain is still there but not associated with tooth. It is beyond tooth apex. Regards
