Safe medicines that will not harm your baby will be prescribed but kindly try saving your natural tooth if possible by RCT

It would be better to visit a dental clinic in your city and get the treatment done. It is already delayed and hence you are suffering with pain. Regarding medicines transmitted through breast milk to the child- yes that does happen. But there are ways to decrease the effect.  Delaying your dental treatment will harm your health more. So visit a dental clinic soon. Hope this helped.

You can extract your tooth but only thing is avoid metronidazole medication as your on breastfeeds and there is no issues with amox and painkiller like aceclofenac with serotidpeptidase combinations.

Hi, I would recommend you to visit the dentist and get a clinical examination done. If a filling is recommended, then you can get it done without any concern. If Root Canal Treatment or Extraction is required, then medications will be given accordingly after the treatment, that wont affect breastfeeding.
