Tooth decay and pain

One of my teeth has decayed to the extent that it might require a crown. It is infecting the gum near by as well. As a result of which I am suffering from toothache.

Tooth ache isn't something which occurs normally - the best way forward is to visit a dentist and seek his expertise to find out what's wrong and how to correct it

Hi! You should visit a dentist, get an Xray done and if the decay has reached the pulp/nerve ( which is most likely as you have pain) then you should consider getting a RootCanal treatment done followed by a crown! Hope this helps! Take care:)
