Tooth color composite filling

My front tooth had tooth color composite reconstruction being done 5 years back. It just chipped off again as i fell from stairs, as i have consultant many dentists few days for the same, i just want to know what are charges at your clinic for getting the treatment for reconstruction of tooth done with tooth color composite, hence i have attached the photograph of the fractured tooth and the x-ray report for the same done few days back. Thanks in advance doctor.
