There is deep cavity in my left tooth kit ...it completely decay..and it remains open for 2 to 3 years ..i feeling pain now situation is that no root canal is possible regarding that..plz help

Have u Checked with a dentist? If root canal is nt possible check the possiblility of putting a post with rct. That we can tell only by clinical and X-ray examination.if not possible then u need to remove the tooth and replacement
