I am not sure if this is cavity. I have tried scraping it out but was not possible. These are black color stuff things sitting on enamel. Please see the image and suggest. Also tell me how can i get rid of it.

Hi, Image is not very clear, but from what I could see it could be two things. 1. Intrinsic stains, 2) Enamel caries. Please get a dental examination done first before concluding. We could remove them and filling it with tooth colour restorative material.
