Hello Very difficult in 5 months to get it done

Upper teeth are always in front as compared to your lower teeth in an ideal scenario. However if they are too proclaimed you can go in for orthodontic treatment. However 5 months is too short a period for orthodontic treatment which usually requires 1-1.5 years for optimum result. If there is very minor malalignment we can try correcting it with veneers/laminates/full crowns. You need to get an OPG and lateral cephalogram to evaluate the degree of malocclusion or proclination. Only after that, can we decide what treatment is best suited for your case.

The lower teeth are supposed to be overlapped by the upper teeth.  However if the upper teeth as you say are more forwardly placed, they can be corrected by orthodontic treatment (which is not possible in a period of 5 months).  Since you are travelling abroad I would suggest you to go for invisible aligners which do no require constant dentist/orthodontist consultation once the treatment starts. The duration of treatment by invisible aligners depends on the severity of the case. Also note that not all cases of orthodontic malocclusion can be treated with aligners.
