Tooth are little front
My tooth are little front in the upper but teeths are tightly packed and doctors to remove 4 teeths to correct it .I dont want to remove any teeth , is there any other way it can be done ?

The doctor has advised you for 4 teeth removal that means there is no space in the arch for aligning the forwardly placed teeth properly , if you want to get them aligned and have a nice smile then you have to get them extracted, its a very common procedure followed in this treatment.

We remove the teeth to get the proper space for alignment. So that your teeth can be pushed inwards. If treatment requires extraction then it should be done. If its not done then only mild changes will be observed in the treatment.
