Dear Sir,
We appreciate that as you have realised deeply within n you know yourself that in long run you will invite problems for yourself you need a fear for a good cause n a strong willpower to leave this habit.
Being as a human being first i would share that fear has the biggest role to bring change,,so i would kindly request you take out some time n visit cancer hospitals and see mouth cancer patient .
Although i may be sounding here like bad but on the contrary i am helping you.
Once you get that fear n realise that you will help yourself .
To develop new habit or to leave bad habit our body takes 21 days minimum n to keep motivated you can do scaling n make a strong will power.
