Tooth ache with stomach pain

My 7 year old son has tooth infection from 2 weeks and from few days he is complaining of stomach pain with few times diarrhea and gurgling sounds when stomach is pressed. Today after a course of antibiotic the tooth got removed yet he has stomach ache, what can be the issue. From 2 days zandu pancharisht is given. What can be the issue. Is it stomach infection or how.

As you mentioned in your history your son has problem of hiatus hernia. It might be the cause. Please consult a paediatric surgeon.

Next Steps
avoid outside food, uncooked food. use khichdi in soup formation,
Health Tips
use Aravindasava 2tsf twice daily after breakfast & dinner. for diarrhoea Dadimastak Churna. 1tst twice daily with Luke warm water for 5 consecutive days. if any weakness persist ORS will be fine.

Hello dear,Stomach pain may be due to tooth infection from where pus cells released,no need to worry,give him SAUNF Ajwayan boiled and cooled water/Mulethi boiled and cooled water twice a day, Avoid pancharist because it produces acidity that causes pain
