Tooth ache

The gums are swallon and there's a lobulated mass on gingiva which is soft in nature without any fluid . The tooth pains on giving vertical movements to it.

you need to get x ray done for this. mostly 3 possibilities 1. gingival abscess due to trauma 2. fracture tooth 3. periodontal problem
