My wife's teeth are having pain from last 3-4 days, given paracetamol to her but there was no effect, because of pain cheeks also got swelled. please sugest.

Paracetamol usually not useful for moderate to severe pain, u should tell if she has any systemic problems like BP, diabetes ,thyroid etc. if she has any decayed teeth with abscess then cheeks also get swollen. Give zerodol-sp thrice/day, flagyl-400mg twice daily n one moxikind-625 mg twice daily up to 3 days. Visit ur nearest dentist ASAP.

Hi..she might need a root canal treatment. Symptoms are more suggestive of tooth infection. Visit dentist soon. Meantime you can give Ketorol-DT two tablets in half glass of water after food. Regards
