Hello. I understand your concern about this pandemic situation however you can take over-the-counter available pain killer for time being. If you do not get any relief, visit a clinic that might help you at this hour.

Hi. For now you can take any basic painkiller you have at home. Make sure you eat something before taking it. Without an Xray I cant say what treatment you might need. Please visit your dentist and get an Xray done for that tooth. Many dental clinics are open even during the Covid pandemic. Make sure you visit a good clinic which is taking the necessary precautions during these times.

For now, take a painkiller. Do warm salt water rinses 3-4 times per day. Call up a dentist in your area and try to take an appointment. Then the respective doctor will explain the protocol that has to be followed by you while going in to the clinic.
Next Steps
if there is any swelling, you will have to start antibiotics, do get a consultation for the same.
Health Tips
keep the area clean, rinse after every meal. Brush twice daily. Do not apply heat/cold on the area.
