I have half broken tooth for about 2 years but it has started paining and it is severe so pls advise

Hello Visit a dentist soon and get an x ray done for the tooth. This may carry infection that is why it is painful or due to cold weather it can pain. It's better to get it treated. And also follow meditations properly. Rinse mouth with salt water and turmeric mixture twice a day. Wish you good health and happiness Keep me updated with the improvements Regards.
