I have cavity in wisdom tooth. I have attached the. Xray. Is root canal treatment is needed or filling will be sufficient please guide me as I have my marriage in 3 weeks

It seems your second molar and third molar both have cavities. For second molar certainly RCT f/b some form of coverage. For third molar , if its fully erupted which might not be the case and you want to delay the extraction, if it is required. Get a filling or rct done . Usually the swelling and all if it happens subsides in 10-14 days. Though you require IOPA to see the details. Again lot of it depends on the clinical presentation as well and also if you don't have any medical condition which might affect the surgical procedure Please Dont delay the treatment, get it done asap.
