Tooth ache

I cleaned my tooth a week back but still have pain and unnable to have food also my teeth has broken a bit this morning while having my lunch and painful

U cleaned ur tooth it meant ur dentist did a root canal in that tooth i guess. And its possible to have tooth fracture after this.thats why i recommend not to bite on anything with this tooth untill u get a cap on it. Avoid biting force on this tooth Plus give it around 15 days so that lession beneath the tooth heals which generally occurs after tgis treatment. Instructions-soft diet till the pain subsides -tab amoxicillin 500mg and tab. Dexone twice daily for three days. Hope u to get well soon. Good luck Dr Mahak Mehta puri

Continuation of symptoms after a tooth has been restored is basically a sign of Irreversible pulpitis and usually warrants a root canal treatment. An x-ray of the tooth will be able to provide a better insight on the current situation. Visit your dentist for revaluation of the case and for the next prudent step.
