As there is no picture and visual confirmation it's very tough to tell whether it's a tooth ache or an ulceration(apthae) which manifests as painful as tooth ache. So it's very important to specify the main source of pain clinically. Because the treatment plan will be totally different in both cases. You tap on the tooth or teeth around /opposing teeth and also run your clean finger tip around the gum at the area of pain region and try to differentiate whether there is particular most painful region in gum surface(which would indicate presence of ulceration). Pls check this and differentiate the pain source and update. I shall be able to guide you better.

In pregnancy we usually avoid any treatments. Only emergency treatment if possible. So you have to depend on home remedies like warm saline rinses 5-6 times/day. Avoid chewing from the affected side. If pain is severe you may take paracetamol only.
Next Steps
Warm saline rinses 5-6 times/day. As and when possible you will have to visit a nearby dentist for visual check up and best possible treatment at this stage.
Health Tips
Avoid chewing from the affected side and don't take stress. It affects your overall health. Have a healthy smile. Take care
