Hi, It is due to secondary caries and infection. For this you have to go to clinic for treatment.

It can be due to secondary infection Pls take ketorol Dt 10mg sos( dissolve 2 tablets in one cup of water ) for instant relief

It can be due to caries or infection at apex of the tooth.Take:- •Tab O2 twice daily for 5 days after meals •Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5days after meals •Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals •Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area thrice daily for 15 minutes and rinse with plain water for a week •Thermoseal repair toothpaste apply for 15 minutes and brush with soft brush from gums towards the teeth •Warm saline rinses between meals •In case patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg
