He is not eating anything today and had tons of vomiting and now he can't even digest water he will drink water and after some time will puke it out what should we do

What is his age? .. Vomiting needs immediate attention.need to find out what is the exact cause of it. Any Digestive issues, Gastric Obstruction,Hepatic and Renal issues etc..Pls Consult a Vet immediately..
