Too much Pain during mensuration

I am having too much pain during mensuration, even after first baby of 5 years old. Second now i am not getting pregnant from last 3 years, I was used medicine earlier for pregnancy obortion. Please suggest me better test or medicine. Thanks

Are you getting regular period or not?Of yes then meet to gynaecologist and discuss with her.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact condition of ovaries.Also get done TSH level and serum prolactin level.Husband semen analysis is also compulsory.
